Initiate Your Request
Log into your DCG !Pod account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technical team inspects the hardware and confirms its condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
